Smart & Pass Assist filtering

How I would enjoy events again. Edit TL;DR from some of my comments: - You can't play in a tier with higher PA than your own. When you choose a tier your SA/PA settings will change to lowest acceptable one if needed. - You can't change to Smart Assist or other PA outside the tier requirements mid-game. - Less tiers is an option if matchmaking becomes unbearable. Example 2 tiers only, SA-PA2 & PA3-FUMA. - If participation, % or similar was shown for each tier. Users would know where the other players are. This would improve matchmaking. Examples - Those using Smart Assist will only matchmake with others in tier A. - If I am using PA3 settings and choose A tier I will match against Smart Assist or higher. - If I am using PA3 settings and choose D tier I will only match against PA3 or higher. - If I am using PA3 settings I cant use it in E and F tier. - If you have chosen B tier you can't change to Smart Assist mid-game.
